Removing front bumper guards on 67S

I am trying to remove the front bumper guards from my 67S to re-chrome or replace. From the side I can see a bolt through the lower section, but cannot seem to determine how to reach the bolt head.

    Any hit is appreciated.

    Thanks.

I always took the entire front bumber off to get at the studs holding on the bumber guards. Good Luck - the nuts will be frozen, so make sure you soak them well.
