New here, and I have a question

    Hello to all,

Does anyone have any experience with, or comments about "Born 2B Fast" in San Francisco?

I'm considering buying a car from them, and would like to hear your input.

    Thanks

If you do a search, you'll find plenty on this board and the Pelican Parts website on them. I think you'll quickly get a sense of what people think.

Send a pm (personal message) to a member of this board called "yopurp". He bought and had a car restored there recently. I'm sure he'll have LOTS to tell you!!!

Be VERY careful. I fly there to see a 73S, with a prospective buyer. It was the WORST Porsche experience I have ever had!
The car was apart, filthy, and not what the buyer that sent a $3000 dep for. The guy was offensive, defensive, and threatening.
The buyer never got his money back, none of it.

Yikes! My wife's license plate on her Boxster reads, "(heart symbol)2BFAST" No connection to SF people.

I won't comment on the remarks she gets. Hey, it's her car.

Mine says, "2 ND (heart symbol)" And, if you're married, you know why it doesn't say first love (aside from the fact that it wasn't available).

Sorry for the hijack, but I couldn't resist. Anyway, I think he gets the idea on Born.
