Well I'm looking at some original factory color charts and seem to be missing 325. However there are some other very cool colors that are similar.

    agua blue - 310
    bali blue -313
    ossi blue -319
    ultra blue - 323

310 seems pretty dam close to the pic you posted.

    Good luck.

    color confusion

I have a factory paint chart for the standard and metalic colors for 1971 in front of me. Albert Blue for 1971 is a very dark blue and looks just like the color of the car Ian has posted.

Whatever Ian,,,, if you want to trust 35 year old photos for a color match,,, thats great... I'll stick to original color charts, formulas and the use of a Glasurit paint scanner using original paint work... Not that I'm saying your wrong,,, it could just be the photo and the way the light reflected off the car,,, but it just looks very dark,,, in my opinion....

    Regards, Robert..

    BTW,,, thanks Tom....

    off come the gloves...

Good thing the original poster was asking about a '71 color. Also, that I can only provide poor photos of the 70 or 71 factory color brochures.

    This one could get ugly.

    Robert,

I've got the EXACT same page as you from my own factory color chart....and my blue looks MUCH darker on my chart than yours...it looks almost black! (sorry!)

I'll try to photo and post by tomorrow.
