Static rides -> lock down, stay safe.
Removed the car covers on both to let them brief a bit and see the (artificial) light.
I remember the last drive with SHE (the 911L, on the right for those who are unfamiliar with 911s here ) few weeks ago. I told myself how beautiful it is to be behind that steering wheel. It is a true privilege. It took so long to find her, I drove so many other sports cars - she is the only one for sure. I can sens all the people that sat in or drove her; I can feel all the pain, scratches and dents that she went through, I can get all the joy when she is out at my mechanic and when I go "pedal to the metal".

Folks those cars are so incredible, mine is. Sure there is NO substitute.

The Spyder is a great car too: light, agile, with tons of torque, phenomenal grip and brakes. Engagement in driving is of a different level than SHE.

Ruby, the race 911E 1973 is now departing the USA on a comfy container, on her way to her new home. Those 2 guys are looking forward to it.

Take care, stay home, please. #FYC19

BTW : I just bought a Westy T2, which will go under important restoration.

I've been meaning to post some pic of my 67S for some time now but now that we're in lockdown no more excuses. An American spec LHD car from Texas owned by a Mr Paul Vollmar who owned the car from '78 to '99 and used it in autocross. It was originally special colour silver but was then painted black, then white then in the early '00's painted in what is a Brumos tribute. Sold then to the UK, where I bought the car and brought it back to life. Original matching engine is waiting a rebuild and also has orignal transmission. All panels except for drivers door are original to the car. I hope you like it...

Happy month of May, a start. A few drops of rain during a small round did not spoil the joy of the coming summer.
