Paint code numbers- what are the 3 digits?

    Hi,

It is about time to paint my car. The paint code for my car is 132-9-1. What do the last two digits mean? I know 132 is Ivory and my painter says that the 9-1 could be slight variations for the paint color. He is a 356 guy, so he isn't 100% sure about those last two digits for 911s.

From the paint chips that he has seen for Ivory, he thinks that it's a little too tan. Would painting the car light ivory affect the value much? It is a prettier color so would that offset a color change?

    Thanks
    Neil
