Has anyone used the BF Torino seats? I'm thinking about getting some for my '73E, and I wanted to know if anyone has any opinion (good or bad) on these seats.

I sat in a pair at Rennsport and liked the feel of them. Unfortunatly I couldnt go for a ride, but i am thinking of buying a pair too. They are not too tight for my ever widening 6'1 225 lb posterior.![]()

Im a big fan of them. Awesome seats. Im sending Mr. Beilstein some fabric and vinyl samples to get another custom set made. My current set is in this thread.

Are they comfortable for a long haul? Like a rally several days in length, 12-14 hours per? Asking for a friend, since original sports seats have gone so bonkers in price..

I agree about the sport seat pricing. I paid less than $1200 total to have these shipped with the 5 point provisions, sliders, and a tilting bracket for the passenger side. Smokin deal, IMO. They weigh less than 20lbs each also. They are a great period correct alternative to the real deal sport seats.Originally Posted by pwd72s
I think they are really comfortable and supportive seats but I honestly have not subjected to anything like a rally or a race. The build quality is great. They are imported by GTS in Las Vegas. Stefan at GTS runs them in vintage rally and racing events and he says they work great.
Stefan's a great guy...
Looked at his seats and spent some time with him at the 'small' Vegas road course.
Seats look great... and at an incredibly good price...
Haven't switched out my (heavy) factory sports for them... but think'n about it...![]()
BTW- Stefan is organizing a rally in Oct. ... see our web site events page

No problem, glad I could help out. You'll like these seats. I think they are one of the best upgrades Ive made to my car so far. Keith, if you are going to be anywhere near Baton Rouge in the near future, let me know, you are welcome to check out mine in person.
Here is Stefan's contact info.
