How wide a tire on deep-six wheels?

I have a nice set of deep-six wheels I want to put on my car. I now have 15x5.5 fuchs running 195/65 Yokohamas all around. Would like to go wider on the rears but do not want to roll the inside fender lips.
So what is a good size to put on these 15x6 wheels? And should the tires be the same size all the way around?

    Thanks.

I went from 195/65 to 205/60 (both are about the same height). I think that's about the widest I'd go on a 6 inch wheel. No issues with clearance.

    Tires?

    Needle,
I think that the 15x5.5s (Fuchs) came stock on '68s. Except for Mahles ('70-73??)... what year is your car? Just curious....

I have 195/65 Kumho's on my deep dish 15 x 6 Fuchs. I take my car to Streets of Willow for the POC short track series and they run great.

    The 15 x 5.5 were an option for 1968. I know that my car ('69 911E) came standard with 14 x 5.5 Fuchs.

I just went to 205/55 Bridgestones, and I'm very happy with them, they look and feel great. No problem with clearance. When I bought the car, it used to have 215/60 Pirellis and even though they looked huge, there were no clearance issues.

I would use same size all around, then you can rotate them.
