    Attention Secret Seat Police! (SSP)

Yesterday I scored this set of early Scheel seats. Can a SSP member nail down the year of these. They came out of Peter Revson's 70 911S race car that had been in storage for over 20 years. The two are not identical. One has a knob on the side that controls the rake about 15 degrees like the turnbuckle on the 73 RS lightweight seats. NO, they are not for sale!

    Rick,

Great score, unlike Recaro, Scheel has not been very fourth coming with information, when I tried to get info. on seat fabric they were less then helpful, I'm going to try to get together with Thorsten before he returns to Germany I can ask him to contact Scheel and see what they will tell us, I would love to see some more detailed pictures of those seats.

from one seat freak to another, it's nice to find something special

well as I was typing this my store called and the R Sheel seat that I got from Peter just showed up so I'm off to the store to check out my new treasure

    Thumbs up Holy Crap Batman!

Those are beautiful Rick. I'll be right over! Tell you what, I'll make a couple of sets of these windows (the door windows), and we can talk about seats.

    Jens,
Hey where did you get that picture! That's the one that I meant to bring to your house on sunday but forgot it at the shop! I guess I don't have a book that you have not already studied.

    YES Andy, like that.
Is this a photo from your collection, or is someone making these that can be purchased?
