Thread: New issue of the ESSES

    New issue of the ESSES

Has arrived in my mail box this evening. The mail delay to Alaska was terrible. Nice to be in the Rest of the World now.

I ran around the garage like Steve Martin in "The Jerk" Do you recall when the phone book came out and he was listed in it..."I am somebody, I am somebody!"

That was me for a while. My car is pictured on the back cover, lower left hand corner. I was parked (early riser) in front of the early911sregistry booth, Barbara and I helped direct parking that morning. (Good way to meet a bunch of good people)

Anyway, great issue. I am somebody. Shawn.

Now Shawn... if you can just get a FedEx delivery... you'll REALLY be somebody.

(another SM reference - forgot the movie).

Yeah, great article Chuck, but I'm wondering if Topper is going to get a call from the Board of Equalization regarding his "resale" purchase from Andial? :-)

I've been invited but I haven't seen it yet. How about some pics of your garage?

Come on over any time Sherwood,

You can kind-a get it look'n at the first pic on the 'Last weekend' thread...

I think the second installment will have a chronology of the work done and by who, stats, and may be rough prices ...

And the last will be how it turned out, right moves, wrong moves, things I'd do different, and what's for the future.

    Cheers bud,

Mine's here. Chuck, loved both your articles! Cindy, after reading Mike's part 3 on the early 911 production line, quoted that today's cars certainly aren't assembled with the same care. Who amI to argue with my wife?
