After a long 5-month wait, I finally received my Colorado collector license plates. I purchased this one-owner, 48K original mile 1971 911T Targa from an estate and it came with every year’s Colorado registration from 1971 along with original maintenance records, etc. A bonus was two 1970s Colorado license plates that match accompanying 1975/1976 registrations (JZ 1971), and 1977 to mid-90s registrations (JZ 911). There were no Colorado vanity plates in the 1970s so the original owner used an inside connection at the Colorado Springs DMV for these very cool license plates. It was purchased new at Alpine Porsche Audi in Sep 1971, VIN decal dated May 1971. I can't believe its 50th birthday is only 2 months away.
