    Bosch Kill Switch location

Need a little help with a template that places the factory kill switch in the factory location on the cowl of a 73 car. Thanks.

    Best,

any of the above , we are looking for the bracket style that was in the early race cars when the kill switch was located on the inner quarter close to the battery .

You mean on the st where it was fitted through the vent by the front indicator,?rsr is on the front scuttle and inside the car dash.rsr also had two battery positions possible.

Recently did this on my ST recreation we looked at many photos and noticed the switch did not appear to be in the centre of the cowl between screen and bonnet line

We found out why as when you lift up the hood it will hit it unless its set a little closer to the screen than the hood.

I will try to get you our meaurements but we did it from eyesight and photos

Yes see how its closer to the window than the back edge of the bonnet thats what you have to replicate top avoid the hood hitting it when you open it.
