If so, what are they worth?
Not unless they have the embossed Talbot logo :
There are lots of new 'bullet'/'torpedo' chrome mirrors like that available from ~$30 upwards.

But, they won't look like Sam's with the W. Berlin stamp. I have a new Talbot on my car in the brushed alum. Can't see for s--t out of it. If I were to buy another, I would get the convex model even for the driver's side. Or the bigger 3.5" that came on sedans.
There are lots of knock-offs and repops out there of varying quality, shape, size, and faithfulness to the original Talbots. The Shelby Cobra kit car industry provides lots of 'em.

Are the green dot Talbots newer than the embossed logo?
Anyone sporting the 333s on their car? I don't think I've seen a picture on an early PCar.
Is a passenger side Talbot any more usable than a stock mirror?
Cheers,
Michael

This is what the "Talbot Man" told me last spring...
The mirrors had a stamp, only(i.e no green dot yet...) up to -71/-72timeframe.
Two versions of stamps :Talbot&Co,Berlin and Talbot+Co,W.Berlin.
From -71/-72 up to -79 Timeframe.
The mirrors had the "famous" Green Dot.
From -79 up to -92 Timeframe : Nothing! (i.e no production)
In -92(or there about) the "Talbot Man" bought the rights and the Tools and started re-manufacture the mirrors again and they are stamped only(i.e no Green Dot anymore). The "New" stamp says : Talbot&Co,Berlin.
So the "New" ones look more like the real old ones...except the "W.Berlin" and the "&" instead of the "+" referring to the stamping itself.
That's all I know about that.../ Lars...

So, to be "period cor-r-rect", the 72/73 cars should have green dot Talbots. Hmmm...
Use-ability? Well, they are very small mirrors but mounted close to you, you'll get a pretty good field of view.
Cool-ability? Oh yeah!
ps. for useability nothing matches the Wink mirror

The early ones were contoured to fit up against the headliner better. This one's dusty but just fine ('70 or '71?). I first had it in a hotrod Bmw 1600-2 back then, and in dozens of cars since. You can actually see out both door windows through it. Pan-O-Rama!
