    24 Hours of Daytona

    It may have to do with the Superbowlers. Anyway after clearing over a foot and a half of snow today that Seafood shack with the Ragae band on the Beach in addition to the sights at and around Daytona look reeel gooood. I do not want to stay home.

    It *IS* because of the Sbowl up the road. Rental cars will be toast as well. Of course, for those willing to pay premiums for everything you'll find what you want.

    I should add that it was in light of the Sbowl and the room/car shortages that I decided my leather lazyboy, bigscreen and sending family somewhere for two days was a better choice.

    UPDATE..

    There are a few rooms at the Hampton Inn Daytona Beach, on the beach 8 miles from the track. There number is 800 822 7707. I will be there so whoever is going lets try and get together.
