    Really Nice 1973 911S

What do you think this will sell for 40K 50K?

Have to say, but that undercoating is too thick and shiny. Makes it look sloppy and cheap. Rest looks supurb!

Like I said on Pelican, for a '73 the undercoating should be painted body color. Who knows what's hiding under there. It might be a nice car though.

If this car is the one I'm thinking of recently sold to Euro Collectables from weasel in NC.... Be careful!

steel calipers & steel braided oil lines.....

Ball joints & castle nuts were painted over so I bet the rest of the under body of the car was as well.

Worth a 2nd look, but probably not a $40k-$50k car.

This will take you to the rest.

Someone who doesn't know what he is looking at is still going to pay big bucks, to play in the early S game.

    Undercoating question

Saw all the pictures on EC's site. Car looks pretty nice to me, but I am no expert on these. That undercoating looks very similar to the sprayed on LineX bedliner on my truck. Is it the same material? Or is it something different.

Max, that looks like stock PVC underbody coating that soemone has sprayed black. Some of the MFI is gone. original radio is gone. They sprayed over the front swaybar also. Sport seats look brand new, but something on them doesnt look right to my untrained eye. Im sure the list goes on and on. You guys have a better eye for this stuff than me so I'll stop. It looks like a nice car, but its not as original as the ad states. Still worth a 2nd look depending on the price.

A little more info would be VERY helpful! You don't need to 'name' the weasel, however, knowing WHICH car from NC this was would help!
