    Not just another pretty face

Most are all familiar with Stephen Child's beautiful '68 T/R...

Not only did it compete AND finish in the '68 Monte... AND kept F.I.A. racing on the continent through '73...

    Yowzza is right!

It was a good surprise to see the car at Daytona last year. Here are a few close up pics from Rennsport. Looking through my disk of shots for these reminds of how great that weekend was!!

Hey bob, based on your reply here and your reply to the R thread I'd like to see a "pic of the pics" on your wall.

I had the pleasure of meeting Stephen and his stunning car at Rennsport.

As I turned a corner in the pits - there it was, all alone. Thought I'd take a shot in case someone wheeled it into the recycling station!

Can someone explain why the car has Swedish registration plates? Can you drive with them in the US? I don`t know the correct story behind this car, but I see there are some Swedish 'known' names on the front fender. I saw the car myself at RR II and also at a breakfast cafè outside Daytona raceway so it was definitely driven on the streets. I have a pic or two somewhere of that.
