Calling all 911R, ST, factory specials...

    Hi guys
I am compiling a list of all the special 911's up to the RS. The goal is to have a page on my upcoming new site that would be accessible to all. Cars would be listed by chassis serial #, color, equipment list, competition history -if available, pictures, and present whereabouts (only if car is for sale on a public forum- otherwise present owner and location will be strictly confidential).

I want everyone to understand that this is for entertainment purposes only . As I am relying on contributors to my list, I have no way to verify information that is presented to me. This means that we will not be responsible for the complete accuracy of the information presented (there.. that should keep the lawyers at bay!)

thanks in advance for your help!

    Dave

I have some info ( from similar public sources) on an excel spreadsheet at home.
I will send you a PM tonight with the spreadsheet attached
usual caveats apply - this is what i have seen in magazines, heard about, seen in person or picked up from websites over the last 5 years or so - no personal details and some may be out of date now

    Hey Dave,

Is this deal for 'real' cars only?... or put-together clones, or ???

I know there's a few early 'comp-car' projects out there... Frank G. is building an ST clone that I would love to see pics of...

BTW_ I re-remembered ( ) that Dr. Bob's (Dr. Robert Grant) old silver 69-S was a special order factory delete, delete, lightweight...

BTW - Dr. Bob is back in circulation again...

    Cheers,

only real cars- my partner and i own Dr. Bob's car now. i had no idea he was back and we thought it was a good opportunity to get an interesting car at an auction, so we bought it. It may be for sale soon- we are discussing what to do with it, so any history you know on it would be greatly appreciated
    thanks

Thanks Hugh for the list- i am adding my recently aquired info to it and after learning the finer details of excel I will be able to put this up on my new website (only a "few more" weeks?)

anyone know the serial # of the Bruce O' Neill/ Walt Maas driven 911 S "R"? The car competed in CP SCCA races and has a neat story behind it
that is a special car and should be included on the list

i am also including 73 RSR's as the info comes along
