Great, George. Looking foward to receiving mine. I think I found the perfect solution for the catch-basin under it on EvilBay for $7.50. Can't wait to see if it will fit.

    Thx,
    TT

A perfectly sized (I think) stainless steel dog bowl, turned upside down.
When I get the filler neck and can fit it, I'll know if it'll work and I'll post a pic.

Received mine today, George, thanks a lot! It's a perfect fit for my cap. Here's a pic of the upside down SS dog bowl I'm going to use for the catch basin under it. Just needs a hole punched in it for the fill neck and a drain tube welded in the trough...

    911R dog bowl drain

Hello: I need one! Dog bowl, where can I buy one? Are you cornering this size dog bowl and are going to sell them as race ready, factory etc? Let me know, I think it looks great. On a last note do you know where I can find the aluminum fuel tank cap and a cap that matchs the 911R side oil tank cap?People around here thought I was crazy for liking the 911R but it seems there are others with this desease as well. Thanks Eric

I am probably missing an excellent opportunity in the Porsche aftermarket by revealing this , but there are hundreds of these for sale on Ebay. I got mine from a nice guy named Franco Frisone:
Try this link or just email him direct and ask:

    To: ffrisone@hotmail.com
Subject: eBay Item Purchase: NEW STAINLESS STEEL 12oz. ANTI-SKID PET BOWL DOG /CAT (Item #4360104516). He told me by email that he had more.

There are 12 oz. and 16 oz. sizes advertised, but the base measurement is around 8" on both and either would work, I think.

Franco doesn't seem to have any on Ebay right now but there are plenty of people selling them cheap. I paid $3.00 plus $4.50 shipping. Here's a current auction for one.

My cap is steel, and they are readily available, but the aluminum ones are harder to find and much more expensive. The 911R oil tank cap would be even more difficult to source.
