    Koni Strut Insert tool

    Hi guys,

    Where does one get a Koni Strut insert tool.. the one with two tabs to fit into the insert hold down nut?

    It doesnt mean that it doesnt exist, but Ive never actually seen the tool for sale anywhere. try Jason at paragon products. If anyone knows, he will. You know you can grab the gland nut with a pipe wrench and dont need the special tool?

    Harbor Freight sells a combo set of spanner wrenches that includes the tool you are talking about. The two arms with the pins for the holes are joined by a rivet allowing for the tool to be used on many differnet collar nut sizes of the same type. The lack of leverage can be overcome by slipping a large (2") pipe over the wrench. It's not a quality tool, but it didn't break or bend when I did this.
