    ...last Sunday

Last Sunday I packed up the old mountain bike in the pick up and headed up to Victorville, in the high desert, for my nephew’s 40 th B-day…

California Speedway, in Fontana, was on the way… AND… the P.O.C. (Porsche Owners Club) was running their Tribute to Le Mans…

I'll take silver BEAST 142 thanks There are things I'd like to say about what that car does for me, but I can't post them here . It would sit very nicely next to Dad's horny Abarth - perfect old meets new chew 'em up and spit 'em out carnivores!!! Anybody got next week's winning lotto numbers for me by chance?

And isn't it great to see fabulous Aussie componentry so popular (Motech)...we're an inventive and innovative lot down here...

    Cheers,
    Lisa

    Lisa, Lisa…
First, what the hell are'ya do'n up so late Mummy…
You and Mike will be dealing with your very special clients in a couple of hours… unless there's some crazy Aussie 'Peter Allan Dance in the Street I'm Happy' holiday tomorrow (that's today buy the way)

Motech… Wevo… we use lots of big brain Aussie stuff up here..
I think you guys are stimulated by wondering why the water flushes in the other direction down there… and hence all the weird and wacky ideas… but that's just me...

    Anyway...

    Cool stuff in the pits

Here's one for sale for $15,000...

Looked like the love child of a RS-61 and a Meyer's Minx

    ... don't ask, I didn't look that close

On the way out I realized that the national 'Bug-In' was go'n on in the South parking lot... with a full 1/4 mile drag strip…

Something tells me that our friend Dave C. (cornpanzer) was out there with his other car...
