Engine Lid Hinges on a 68, what color?

Anyone know what color the engine lid hinges were on a 68. I know that later cars had them painted same color of the car, and I think earlier ones came all black, but how about on a 68?

    Thanks

I'll concur with black....and there's also a great pic in Christophorus in 68 showing the production line in color with the rear lid open on a car....and it shows they are black...

Thanks Erik, I guess it's difficult to argue with that one.
