Looking for an Interesting Car for a Day in SF

I am returning to the Bay Area for the Hillsborough Concours weekend of April 30. I used to live there and have been on the Car Selection Committee and have also co-chaired the Tour (which I am doing again this year). I need to find a car to rent for the drive. It doesn't have to be a classic, but it needs to at least be interesting.

Any sources? I just need the car for one day. Any brokers or dealers that would be willing to lend a car in exchange for some free advertising? Anyone that rents classics or exotics?

If you can't find anyone in No. Cal., you might want to call Budget Rent-a-car in Beverly Hills. They feature a variety of new and "unobtainable" exotics; Astons, Maseratis, Ferraris, maybe even a Carrera GT. They might be able to hook you up.

    Budget of BH

I have rented from them in the past (and did a great drive up through Topanga/Mulholland/Canan Dune/PCH in a MiniCooper S a few years ago).

I may call thew to see what they can do in SF.

    Try these guys:

I just rented an Audi A4 cabriolet last week from them (San Francisco honeymoon). They also have other sports cars - Z4, Boxster, C6 Corvette, etc. If you go there, they just moved into a new/old building where the remodeling is not too, well, finshed... But the car was in good shape and people were nice.
