I have a vintage pair of those (and a real 914-6 GT seat which is slightly different). I was under the impression they were no longer made. Comfortable seat and now more unique than the Recaro race buckets since they have not been reproduced, as far as I know.Originally Posted by Cornpanzer

The company is still around and have several different styles of car seats available. Most of them are Recaro-ish looking, not the GT type in the Ebay ad. Or maybe they made a new run of them and it just isn't on the website. They do have materials and other parts available so maybe it will do somebody some good to know about it.

The scheels are being re popped by an East Coast Shop. 5k for the pair without sliders and without the scheel square emblem. A few of the cars at Daytona/Rennsport were using them. Looks like Peter Z finally has some competition. Very cool seat. No idea about the auction version. Bound to be more of these coming out of woodwork this spring - so don't pay too much !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
At 5k a pair, I dont think that Peter Z has much to worry about.
The ebay versions have the scheel emblem on them?!?!?!
