Yeah, I'm finding it to be pretty informative...I imagine others are as well.

From the photos looks like a couple of the guys blew off a little steam.
Kinda like Steve M of James D would have done it.

that Pelican site really is a...

large number of guys that prefer to type about Porsche ownership rather than spin a wrench or thier car on a track.

It is no wonder that the R Gruppe membership is a low number. I will not post any further unless the subject is mechanical or technical.

LMAO...that's the first time I've ever gone to the Pelican site...and it's probably the last other than some of their technical stuff. I can't believe the R Gruppe bashing there. However, I also noticed ol Tabs is there, so that would explain a lot about their board...hehe.

Easy now many people frequent both boards FYI. And by the looks of it you have done your fair share of typing about 911's with your 615 posts. I won't name names but I saw in the recent R pics a few people who never hit the track or pick up a wrench either.

You are kidding right? There are WAY more folks turning wrenches on Pelican than on this board because the overall membership number is much bigger.

As for the track, I know that the group communicating on Pelican in the Auto-X section is pretty small. And on this board? How many folks actually competed and ran laps on a race track in the last twelve months? I know I did. And lunch time ducks in a row laps don't count.
