    Wink

The king might have considered having one of his servants wash his car occassionally....
By the way, was it a T E or S?

It was a T. Apparently the car was sold off at some stage but it has now been bought back by his mates and given to him as a birthday present or something. Cool friends, I might add.

The king drove a 911T?! That would be good publicity for the 911T registry....

The king has maintained his great taste in cars ever since.
I've just found the original Porsche press kit of the visit of King Carl Gustaf to Porsche werk in March 1979 ... will digitalise it and translate the content soon.

Photos from 1973 on the Swedish king's 911 T Targa in 1973 and when he received a 911 T Targa as a gift on his birthday when he turned 50 in 1996. Not sure it was the original Porsche he got back.

The King is a true gearhead. So was his uncle. The current Prince is also in to cars, driving in the Porsche Cup here in Sweden
