    OK, OK, it's my reputation I've tarnished...woe is me! And to think I'm a perfect angel really - the boys downunder can attest to that! Well except behind the wheel, that is and probably a few other occasions but I'm not giving you any more information!

    Anyway............

    When I go to Monterey though Carmel Valley early enough I always go up and over G20 to HYW 68 to Laguna Seca race track... This was Thurs. afternoon walking around the pits....

    Wow Chuck,

    Looks like you had a gerat drive, very creative way to get to Monterey. Next year, I want to follow you there! Sorry I had to miss the Monterey weekend, the Silver Screamer is smoking and in need of a look-see. I be geting into it after next weekend's Julian Classic Motoring Show.

    After the track visit it was time to get to the hotel...

    There was a handful of cars already in the event parking lot ... of course hose and buckets were already standing by...

    While washing the old blue car, with beer in hand, in rolled some of the most exceptional cars of the weekend...

    First... Eade H. trailerd in followed by some of South bay/Northern County crew...
    Then, Gary Emory blasted in with the X-Linden, now new client Allan's, incredible white Targa...

    The detail on both of these cars is staggering...
