    Busted Sunroof Motor

    My sunroof motor is burned out. Does anyone know where I can get a good one for my 73 911S (other than the VERY expensive new motors sold by Porsche)? Do you know of anyone who rebuilds these things?

    Hello,

    I think it is the same motor which is in the windows regulator. I have seen one on ebay yesterday but I haven't its item's number.

    Sunroof motors are hard to find. The 73 is the same as the early stuff back to at least 69. The early power window motor through half year 72 used this motor. Indeed hard to find. Are you sure its no good, call me I got your email.
