Question Door fabric behind rear door pocket

    Hi all,

I've resourced some rear door pockets for my 1972 911S. They were missing when I bought the car and where normally the pockets belong, some vinyl covered blanking plate was mounted. My question is, does anybody have a picture of what is supposed to be behind the door pocket once they are in place??

    Thanks

    Dennis

A clear plastic sheet,, sort of like a vapour barrier... It covers the entire door behind the panel..

    Cover

    Dennis,

Picture shows my LH door only with a part of the plastic. The whole door will be recovered before building up again. Come and have a look in IJmuiden before it's too late!
