    Hi Lewis
Correct, in 1969 the Hella 128s were replaced by Hella 169 units, similar in appearance but a bit larger and a change in mounting location (128s from the top, 169s from the rear - hence the difference between the SWB and LWB bumper mountings)
Sourced largely from B Johnson book (restorer's guide to authenticity)
No mention of Bosch units for foglights
    Cheers, Paul

    ebay 128's

I wouldn't buy anything from that guy....after some emails back and forth about the lights, the seller sent some pretty rude replies.

    plus, I'm looking for 169's.

Yes, Michael can be a little rough around the edges.....however, he is a log time supplier of rare lights and other accessory items for mostly the 356 crowd, and a few things for early 911's. I've known him for a LOOONG time, and although he can be coarse....I've had some great times with him at various Porsche functions, he's incredibly hilarious....and you just have to take most of the things he says with a block of salt....

    just my .02,
