Inner Pivot Bushing for Aluminum Rear Control Arm

In the June 2004 (#129) issue of Excellence, on page 156, there is an article about rebuilding your suspension, and the author installs new inner pivot bushings for aluminum rear control arms. The article says that the bushings are by Raceware, but this is obviously a misprint because I contacted Raceware and they said they never made them. Does anybody know where you can buy these bushings?

Pelican Parts sells them, they are called Monoballs.

You could also get them directly from Elephant Racing.

    Monoballs

Yes, that is the part I am looking for, but I did not know these were called monoballs. I heard that monoballs are suited only for the track. Is that right? Mine is a street car.

I installed the monoballs when I swapped out my steel trailing arms for aluminum. My car is strictly street and I have not noticed any negatives after installing the monoballs. Ride is good ( not soft though, I've got 28mm bars and the Elephant polybronze bushings). Not difficult to install and a good investment IMO.
