    -Looks fast.....Not Mine

"Here is your chance to own a beautiful and fast 911. Originally this car was in Nevada (and a 911T) so it has never had any rust problems. Exterior red paint is older and is still glossy, but has a few blemishes, original color was Kelly green. Everything else on this car is in great condition. Chrome and lights are all in excellent condition. Brand new high speed tires on expensive Fuchs wheels. Interior is in great shape. No cracks on the dash, seats are new, carpet is perfect with Porsche mats. Excellent original door panels with armrests. Clean headliner and all glass.

This has a modified newly rebuilt 2.7 liter engine and is as fast as the 911RS models. Over $10,000 invested in the engine alone! Because of all the power, it is a great car to drive and shifts very smoothly. Has the better 5 speed, type 915 transmission and 4 wheel disc brakes. Engine specs:
--11.5:1 J&E pistons, oil chain tensioners with mech. stops
--new rings, seals and bearings, polished rocker arms
--Carrera 2 oil pump upgrade, race valve covers and heat shields
--Race valves, springs and keepers, SS heat exchangers,
--RSR profile cams, big air intake heads and carbs, all shifter bushings done,
--Rods are lightened and balanced, 4 new brake hoses, pads, optima battery,

All instruments incl. clock work, quiet fan motor, cd radio, seat belts front and rear.
--$1600 in additional new parts (see pictures below)

This is the perfect car to have fun in - with all the speed of the $ 60000.- + RS models, but for about half the price!

"The 1970-to-1971 2.2-liter S with mechanical fuel injection is the absolute top choice. These 2.2 S engines are short-stroke, high-compression powerhouses without substantial emissions-control clutter, and they have a powerband with gobs of high-rpm torque. With their mechanical fuel injection still intact, they make a spine-tingling shriek as they shoot to redline."

Interesting? This car has been for sale for a very long time I doubt that doubling the price will stimulate buyers to part with even more money.

I once considered looking into the car but I'd rather hold out for a sunroof.
