Yeah, Clyde had to buy a "T" after my little LHD '71T hounded his RS a few weeks ago on a club outing. I dont think he realised what a great little car these are and that they can go pretty quick in the tight stuff.

Of course if we had gotten out of the winding up hill section, I was toast as the RS has far longer legs than mine and I would surely have run out of puff.

So welcome to the T club Clyde, although my car would need squillions spent on it to get anywher near the pristine condition of your car, if the pics are anything to go by. Cant wait to see it in the flesh.

And as Lisa said, its going to a very good home and will have an RS and a 73S targa as big brother and sister in the garage.

I see you have "come out" Mr Boyer...permanent 'Clyde parking' is being arranged so Lynne can have her spot in the garage back ...we'll even paint the bays "Clyde parking only"...for a fee of course! Terms could be keeping our wine rack topped up; that'll keep you poor !

Congrats are of course in order; especially as you did the gentlemanly thing and suggested this was a car for me before pouncing yourself - I think it's a great buy and I know she is going to a very worthy home. Now you just need one more for a family set; maybe a nice sporto for Lynne?

    Cheers (& hugs & kisses),

    Never thought you would ask!

Go to the general threads and on page 4 near the bottom there is a trhead from Boobaloo called restoration question. If you look at both pages you will see plenty of the Targa and one of the RS
