PPI in N. San Diego County (Del Mar)?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a PPI in the Del Mar/Cardiff area? Looking to get this done remote and the seller has offered to take the car to a neutral party in this area.

    Thanks!

The only one I know of is Black Forrest in the Carlsbad/Vista area - about 20 miles away...

They might have moved closer to S.D ?

Always call your PPI guy first...

Black Forest is in Clairemont/Kearny Mesa on Engineer Road, about 10 miles SE of Del Mar. The owner, John Rickard, is a good guy, a National PCA Club Racing scruitineer, and Mark Kinninger, his chief wrench is an early car expert and could do a good job for you.

Joe Vampola at European Motorsports is up north in Vista-- maybe that's who you were thinking of, Chuck? His number is (760) 599-9307. He raced with VARA for years and knows the early cars well.

You might also consider Jae Lee at Mirage, Intl. (858) 581-1101 http://www.mirageintl.com/ He's in Rose Canyon, also about 10 minutes south of Del Mar.

There's also Mind over Motorsports on Miramar road, but they're into the newer models mostly, prepping GT-3RS and Cup cars, etc.
    Good luck,
    TT

Thanks for the references. This car/owner combo definitely needs a PPI!
