THAT CAR is back. Reportedly the nicest T in existence offerred by Road Scholars is back. I predict it will not meet the reserve yet again.

Wow, great car but what a (reserve)price!
Btw, can anybody tell me what the "tubes" are below the bumper?

I like their slogan:
"An informed enthusiast is our best customer"
But what that literary means is that this car will not be sold trough ebay, at least not unseen. If it is as good as they say I suspect they are just using ebay as an advertising board.

This same dealer bought this car for 40K on ebay awhile back if I recall. I think "Roads Scholars" are about to "get schooled" as to what the market will bear for this car.
Don, you shoulda bought the green one...

Why? It was overpriced too! And I already have a green one.

Ewww! It's a Targa...but it's a low miles good and original looking longnose Targa, so jump that value a BUNCH over Don's bumpercar...Color isn't really all that important to me...the car itself is. (edit) It seems that the market prices reflect this, regarding longnoses and then condition-condition-condition. '74 and newer continue to suffer...

72S.....you are too cold!!!!!!!!! The green T is awaiting cooler weather so I can get back to enjoying the car for what it is.............if I make it out of this mini-era of turmoil - I'll keep it. There was an opportunity for someone else to own an original 72 911 at what I consider a fair price but you never know, maybe it was meant to be. There is always someone out there who is willing to talk and run their mouth but cars are cars and I've been around them for fifty years.........so here I go.......hopefully I can dig em for fifty more!
