    Paddock Parking

    Hi Jol,

Unfortunately they have me with the sports racing cars and GTs 1965-1975 Group 9 . I guess I will feel like one of the 911 drivers at LeMans that had the Gulf 917s going by at 240 mph. I hope they don't cause my engine to over rev when they "tow" me. I don't know where they will park us

    Cool!

    Max,
That's my race group as well, so we'll all be re-creating some Steve McQueen scenes. John Giordano told me he was bringing his 512 Ferrari,

and Mike Pierra may be running his RS. Prescott Kelly will most likely be there as well, although when I spoke to him last he hadn't got his confirmation... but I think he's a given.

This should be a great time!

    This should be fun !

Is there a place those of us who will be there jealously watching Jol and Max can circle our wagons ?

Excuse the minor thread hijacking but is anyone going to Watkins Glen the following weekend?

    East Coasters...

The weather's gonna be good, and there's plenty of Porsche content lined up. I went through tech right behind Max and his car is looking good.

C'mon out and make a showing of it... can't let the West Coast guys have all the fun.

    Angry LR park....

......just a heads up that today( Fri) would be last day to get special advance prices from your AAA office. The Danbury AAA location had Sat for $18 and Mon for $30.......... vs 30 and 40 at gate.......ALSO.....you now must PAY for parking at LR unless you have advance tickets!!!!!

    So Far....

Today was another beautiful New England day in the park. The turnout was pretty good, but not nearly enough Early S and RGroupies...

Monday should be good too, but here's a few pics from today:
