Is this Sport Seat a '66-'67?

Can someone ID this driver side seat for me. I think it is a '66-'67 by the seat slide lever coming through the seat itself. Does that sound right?

It also appears to be mounted to a VW bus seat base (?).

Its a 68 production year seat (stab in headrests). 67 sport seats were also a little thinner at the top of the bolsters in terms of "stuffing". You could just take out the headrest, recontour the foam, and have a 67 seat.....

Note that you do have the sliders ( ), but no tip bracket

    regards,
    Eric

Thanks Eric, I knew you'd know. And yes, no tip bracket...no bus either.

I wondered what the base was. Looked a bit like an old Ford Econoline. He heh.

Well, there was an option to get the seats raised (one or both) by 20mm...but I don't think this setup was that option....

Yes, the little rubber snubbers are correct, but rarely found on the sliders....,
I've seen a few on seats.
