    Just received the Summer edition of the Esses with Kent's write up of his day with the Sydney TYP 901 Registry .
    Glad that you had a pleasant day with a corresponding group of 911 nutters from the other side of the world.
    Even though you have seen something of Sydney in your travels,there is always a different perspective when travelling by 911 with locals.
    Since joining this board,it has never ceased to amaze me that our charismatic little cars can create friendships out of thin air with people who you have never met before.
    This has happened to me before when overseas.I still correspond with a Norwegian engineer who I met in Stuttgart in 1974 when meeting him through Norman Rosencrantz at Porsche.
    Any members of this board would do well to contact either Phil Lack(Melbourne) or myself(Sydney) when visiting our sunny shores.

    Sorry can't make it to Ventura this year but Phil, Lisa and Andrew will be there at least to represent the "Aussies"
