    1969 911S with T engine, SoCal $12,700

    Saw this on Craigslist. A real 911S but with a T engine. Sounds really nice otherwise (one-owner, records, etc.). He's asking $12,700...said firm in the ad but seemed more flexible on the phone. If you have a '69 S engine sitting around, this would be an excellent opportunity.

    Hi guys, I emailed the owner and received these pictures... Would anyone in the LA area be willing to take a look at it for me? Discounting the engine, if it has no rust and a clean interior it might be interesting.... thanks, Evren

    Yeah, I got those pics too. I was all excited about it until he told me it had a T engine. I didn't find out where in LA he lives. If it's close to me I wouldn't mind checking it out for you.

    It's almost worth that price sight unseen, even with the T engine. It'll be gone this weekend.

    Perhaps...but has any one heard the phrase: "If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is?" This car needs to be looked at...
