I have some history with this guy, he never sent me a set of heads that I bought off him on ebay

Ebay feedback is meaningless (as I learned).

If you don't mind, can you explain a little more. Reason being that I'm about to pull the trigger on something located in Europe and I was relying on the number of transactions and positive feedback. I've always been hesitant on buying overseas on eBay because that puts you one step farther from resolving the issue if you get screwed.

There is a strong disincentive to post negative feedback, as the other party can retaliate with their own. This makes it difficult to establish who is at fault in a deal gone wrong. I suggest that you email people that have had transactions with this person to get a better feel for their legitimacy. Also, if you have a name you can do a search on all of the boards. This is now standard practice for my ebay transactions. I've done several deals overseas, both as buyer and seller, and have had good experiences. For a big ticket item, I would do some research first. I've only had one bad experience in all of my ebay deals. Odds are that everything will be fine. The bad apples are known, and the boards are the place to learn about them.

He is veru right, as a matter of fact i amin the mist of a situation my self, with a seller, wich he will have until Tuesday before i give the heads up, i bought an item sent the money to germany and i am in spain, no big deak right, almost two months ago and nada, so research first, by the way its the only one gone bad.
I sent Dan the money for the heads, he then told me they were still to be finished, then lost them etc. etc. By the time it was clear that they were not going to be sent the 90 day feedback period had expired, hence no negative feedback from me.

Criminals are very clever people. You sell a jack for $25.00 and then screw somebody on a $3000 transaction.... Don't do business with anyone that has screwed a board member.
