    correct color on blue stripes, RS?

    I have seen plenty of pics of the cars, and of course had Dr K.'s book on the RS, but i have not seen what the definitive color is of the side stripes. We've probably done 150 blue stripe cars with what i think it the right color, but now i am not 100% certain that 3m Olympic blue is pefectly correct. It seems to be just a shade darker than the printed carrera rs in the book (which corresponds to glacier blue on the paint color page)
    Am i obsessing here?

    would appreciate some input and pix of absolutely known original (NOT restored!) blue striped cars

    I thought that the page in the RS book with the 3 or 4 colored CARRERA scripts were close... but then it's as good as the printer of the book...

    Damn, unfortunately Stephen Childs time capsule white/blue RS will not be at Ventura this year...
