    Number of slate gray 70S 2.2 coupes?

    Hi guys

    I'm trying to find out how many slate gray 70S 2.2 coupes were produced, and how many are still out there. Anyone know? thanks

    Whoops,, i just had a look in Dr Johnsons authenticity book and read that color slate gray was discontinued after 69 model! So how come McQueens Le mans car 70S s/roof coupe was slate gray?

    special order colors were common during those years...the debate still rages about whether or not the opening scenes car is a '70 or a '69...I believe the evidence says 1970.
