Isn't this a member car? I have seen pics of this car on Pelican for sure by the current owner.

    ballpark?

Very nice car,but what does the market say about the price? Someone like to hazard a number. You would be way upside down if you tried to redo even a nice "T" to get where he is.

Thumbs up 69 T for sale

    Hi Tom-
Yes, The car was very nice and the owner is knowledgeable and does his restorations first-class, at least to my eye (I've owned one previous early 911, a 73.5 T) Anyway, I decided that I preferred at least a 2.2 or preferably a 2.4. The asking price was also high.
I read in another thread that you sold your red 72 T- congratulations - maybe we'll meet at some future event - Best regards, Gary

I spoke with the owner when it was on ebay, he wanted $35K for it.

Ahhhh the sixties... I envision myself one early Saturday morning wearing plaid shorts, black shoes with white socks smoking a cigarette heading to the hardware store to buy a bag of nails.
SWB cars are an acquired taste however once acquired theirs no turning back.
