What kind of manifolds came originally w/ the Weber 46?

One more question. Is there a technical documentation, like a parts manual, from the 906 and 911R engines?

    Thanks, Richard

Richard - the original Porsche manifolds for 46 IDA's were made of magnesium. Those that come with the ebay 46's (& most others offered for sale in recent years) are PMO's aluminium version.

To see the 911R techical literature (including Driver's Manual & Parts Book) visit Ernie Wilberg's excellent website:

46's are fun but you had better be ready to pull some rpms. They don't like "toodling around" very much but are "hell for strong" when it comes to making high rpm power.
