    plan A, or plan C ?

So, who is going to the races Saturday morning, who is doing what after???

I know Duane is going for plan C.
Lars is plan E, going back to the races Sunday.
I'm plan C, or may go back home Saturday night.

    Who else is counting in?

I just spoke with Roger. He and I are driving up from my house on Saturday morning, to meet with everyone at the 74 and the 5, Denny's, 6:00am. We will drive down with the group to the Breakfast. Leave the races for the drive up to Julian, around 1:00Pm, then have dinner at the Cabo Grill on Ponto Beach, at the end of La Costa exit off the 5, on the PCH. Great views of the ocean. Duane is staying at a motel on the PCH on Saturday night, said it was about $90.00, if anyone else was interested, call him or email. See you on Saturday at Denny's.

    Hi Ray,
About 20+ cars and maybe 25/30 early car fans have expressed an interest in meeting at the Country Waffle. Country Waffle located at 2323 Midway Ave, San Diego, corner of Midway and Barrnet. A private dining room has been reserved starting at 7am. The Country Waffle phone # is 619 223 2225, Maria the manager has been my contact.

There Eade, Duane and Rocky will share the tour route and specifics. They are very familiar with the San Diego back roads, together they shall provide an awesome afternoon of touring.
Try to keep your afternoon open!

    Mike

PS That is a very cool S, it'll be fun to watch you exercise it!

    plan E

I booked room at Ocean Inn. I know Lars is staying there as well as Duane. Very reasonable prices (cheap)

For those seeing the races, doing the drive, going to dinner (drinking), getting a room there is a great insurance policy.

We are talking about going back to the races on Sunday

See everyone on Saturday morning at Denny's.

The car corral passes are good for both days.
Count me in for dinner too!

    Regarding the host hotel...from Rocky....
Ocean Inn, 1444 N. Coast Hwy 101, Encinitas. 800.546.1598, fax 760.436.3921, www.oceaninnhotel.com, owners name is Vik Ganatra. Duane reserved some rooms, maybe a mention of "R Gruppe" may be helpful. Go to their site & check out the in-room jaquzzi.... we be stylin'

    Just got back from Coronado...

Would like to thank Mike G. and Duane H. for organizing a great day...

The race cars were first rate and the day was beautiful...

Unfortunately I dropped my camera and in didn't realize the memory chip fell out... so no pics...

Would also like to thank Eade for taking us on some fantastic side roads on the fun run... and affording me the great rear view of his green-meany

Duane, the dinner choice was just right...

    Cheers and thanks again,

Chuck, you are too modest. We were all looking at the back of your car, sliding around corners, and making us all hold on and pay attention to keep up . It was a great day, and we all had a ton of fun.
