RGruppe member to display cars at Petersen Museum

From the Sept. issue of SCM magazine:
The Petersen Automotive Exhibition Steve McQueen: The Legend and the Cars will begin Sept. 24. His '57 F.I. Chevy Convertible, the '56 Jag XKSS roadster and 12 other cars are to be featured.

I called the museum today, his 1969 911 S, and his Speedster will be there.
A 917 is suposed to be there. Several of his motorcycles will be there also.

I plan on going Sunday, opens at 10 a.m. Then lunch in Beverly Hills.
Afterwards, a drive taking Sunset through Hollywood to PCH. Chart House in Malibu, or ?????

    Anyone want to go?
