    Smile licence plate frame ?

    Ok the these plates are famous, but I think it is more rewarding to find the orignal plate for your particular car that would have come on the car at time of delivery back in the day and year of first purchase. Thats a real win. Regards Chris ,Early S registry

    Not to nitpick (although that's what we do best here!), but the 'Porsche-Audi' association didn't start until 1972, so those could not have come on his '67 911 when delivered as stated in the advert. Not to say they aren't genuine. The stamping on the back certainly sets it apart from some of those Vasek frames that are somewhat suspect.

    Hmmm, you might be right. I think there were something like 13 original Porsche-Audi dealers starting in 1969.
