Does any one know anything about this car?

There has been a 73 911S (RS clone) on Ebay for a couple months now.
    VIN 9113300870
    Engine#6331154
    42,000 miles
It is from Preferred Automotive in Englewood, CO. It has a starting bid of $35,000(reserve not met) and never gets any bids. It looks to be a pretty nice car other than sitting to high with wheels that are to wide. Just wondering if anyone knows of this car or of Preferred Automotive.
    Thanks, Rich

The auction is over but I think it can still be seen here:

I don't know the car, but maybe no bidders because it's a "private auction"?

It looks like a very well done car. But it's sort of a 'what is it?' car. S converted to RS, but still has a stock 2.4S motor. Hotrod looks with no hotrod motor. Nothing wrong with that but at $50,000, there's lots of options out there.
