    Wow!

I've always loved the interior of the early 911 with sport seats and now I know why! In high school I owned a Volkswagon Scirroco and it had Recaro sport seats exactly like early 911's. People always used to comment on the interior and I loved how comfortable they were. I'm stunned because I never realized why. It's a connection between my carefree high school days. Hooray for the Registry and thanks for pointing this out.

    Sincerely,
    JB

Appearantly seems that the seats where also intalled in Rs capris, just bought one very reasonably price, because of this, so thats some thing to think about, i could be wrong, but i took his seat out of a capri Rs though.
Maybe Andy could shead some light here.

Variants of these seat has been installed in Opel Rally Kadets and in some BWM 2002's. However there are some differences. The arm for adjusting lengt is mounted "inside" the seat.

Boxster03,,, the Scirocco started selling in the USA in 1975' , more than early enough. You could order these seats from VW , off the shelf , well into the late 80's.. There out there,, you just have to be sharp!

    Regards, Robert.
