    FS: wood steering wheel

    all;
    dated 9.67 wheel includes horn contact and turn cancel ring. obviously needs to be restored. looks worse in the pix than it is. there is a split, but no dents or chunks missing from the wood. i have discussed this with Bruce Crawford and he doesn't think it's an issue. $350 ground shipped to the lower 48. elsewhere or faster service at additional cost. 100% satisfaction guarantee. thanks for listening.
    cheers

    hi George;
    emailed additional pix. i can just barely get a thin business card to stand up in the split. it's been seen by one of the well respected wheel restoration buys (Bruce Crawford) and he says "no problem".
    thanks!

    hi John;
    i considered using AGLA for a leather wheel, but fortunately found a nice one. i've heard stories about AGLA. not all of them were good. the party in question is Jack Arct in Portland. he's a Porsche guy and had been refinishing wood wheels for many years. Bruce Crawford is another party i can recommend without reservation. happy to pass along the contact info for either.
    cheers
