    Colour Code Tag

I am doing the excercise of having a new colour code plate put on .
I have reached the conclusion that the correct number should be 8080 for my '71 silver 911.
One of the number sources is the excellent Elfer helfer site but it is in German.
Several days ago Porsche911S1971 posted the Babelfish site translator details(thanks Mike) and I tried to get the '70 to '71 screen to translate without success.
Can anyone tell me(in simple terms for a computer retard)how to trick Babel into giving a translation of this last screen.
The translation goes as far as the farben.htm screen but no further.
There are some additional notes relating to the changing of colour codes from '70 to '71 and I would like to know what it says.
Alternately ,can a German speaker translate this screen for me.

    Cheers,
    Dennis.
1970 914-6 - materialised from the 'Lotto' garage into reality
    1971 2.2 911 S - now back in the UK - sob!
1975 Carrera Targa (ROW) - missed.
One of us is fast becoming a valuable antique.

    Optional colors Metalic: Silver Metalic

It also states that for 1970 in addition to number 924, 925 was also used.
The site also has no pictures for a 1970 or 1971 Sliver Metalic Coupe. So if your's is a coupe and in the original color (or at least a repaint with the proper color) You should email him a pic of your car. Also anyone else with a car whose color is missing from this site, I'm sure they'd love a picture emailed to the following address. It's a great site.

    Thanks,

    Rick
