    MFI Cold Start Question

    The cold start solenoid on my '73S clicks when I run power to it, but nothing else happens--it is not pumping ANY fuel out the spigot on the side of the solenoid. Any ideas about what might be causing this?

    Hey Jeff--I may take you up on that. I'm on my way to dinner now, but I may stop by later this weekend if I can't figure things out. I also need to try this again with the fuel pump on (d'uh).

    Jeff: I loved the red machine--my only complaint is that now I can't stop thinking about building a hot rod! I'm even thinking about selling the targa to solve the two biggest impediments to my doing so (money and space).

    Are you driving your red car tomorrow? I doubt that I'll have mine back together in time for a drive, but if you're driving that car, I might have to beg you for a ride. Actually, if the current forecasts hold, I'm probably going to try to go paragliding. Let me know, however, when and where people are gathering and I may show up to chat.
